Subject Choice

In grade 9 a lot of scholars already have an idea of what they would like to study once they have completed school. It is vital to choose the right subjects for grade 10 so entry into tertiary education will not be a hassle.
At CogniStance, we assess the scholar and give guidance on the best-suited career options. We make the scholar aware of what prerequisites exist and what needs to be achieved so that entry into the chosen field is made possible.

The assessment consist of:
1. A measurement of academic, commercial and technical abilities.
2. Personality, Interests and values are determined to establish a fit.
3. Possible future careers are explored.

After the assessment is complete, we schedule a feedback session (usually a week later) at which we present a comprehensive written report detailing the results and conclusions drawn.
